At the forefront of healthcare excellence, we are seeking a Health and Safety Manager to safeguard our staff, patients, and visitors in our UK clinics. This pivotal role reports to the Director of Quality, Compliance and Strategic Projects and indirectly to the Health and Safety Lead/Project Manager.

A Blend of Expertise, Leadership, and Impact

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous Support: Provide ongoing health and safety advice and support to our clinics.
• Audit Excellence: Lead Health and Safety Audits and unannounced inspections, ensuring all improvement opportunities are actioned.
• Data-Driven Improvements: Utilise audit data to enhance safety across clinics.
• Empowering Through Training: Conduct training in risk management, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness.
• Emergency Preparedness: Guide clinics in evacuation drills and business continuity plans.
• Incident Analysis: Oversee accident reporting procedures and trend analysis to prevent future incidents.

Service Improvement:

• Collaborate in reviewing and developing health and safety policies.
• Provide expert advice on health and safety issues, contributing to the development of new clinics.

Risk Management:

• Advise on effective risk management procedures and maintain clinic risk registers.

We Value Your Skills and Passion

Essential Criteria:

• Health & Safety Expert at a senior organisational level.
• Deep understanding of UK Health and Safety law.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Training qualifications and geographical mobility.

Desirable:

• Healthcare sector experience.
• Advanced NEBOSH qualifications.
• Experience in multi-site support.
